No Returns or Refunds

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on any wigs, hair units, bundles, closures, frontals, or hair-related products once purchased.

Before Purchasing

We encourage all customers to:

• Carefully review product descriptions, specifications, lengths, colors, and textures before placing an order.

• Contact us with any questions prior to purchase.

• Ensure that the selected product meets their requirements.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

In the unlikely event that you receive the wrong item or a product that was damaged during transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

• Your order number

• Clear photos of the item received

• Photos of the packaging

After review, we will work with you to resolve the issue.

Japanese Futura Hair Care & Maintenance Guide

Your Japanese Futura Hair Unit is made from premium heat-friendly synthetic fibers designed to mimic the look and feel of natural hair. Proper care will help maintain its softness, shine, and longevity.

Daily Care

• Gently brush the hair before and after each wear using a wide-tooth comb or wig brush.• Always detangle from the ends and work your way up to prevent shedding and breakage.• Avoid excessive friction from clothing, scarves, and rough fabrics, which can cause tangling.

Washing

• Wash the unit every 10–15 wears or whenever product buildup occurs.• Use cool to lukewarm water and a mild sulfate-free shampoo.• Gently cleanse without rubbing or twisting the fibers.• Rinse thoroughly and apply a lightweight conditioner if needed.• Pat dry with a towel and allow the unit to air dry on a wig stand.

Heat Styling

• Japanese Futura Hair is heat-friendly and can be styled using heat tools.• Use low to medium heat settings only (up to 180°C/350°F unless otherwise specified).• Always use a heat protectant before styling.• Excessive heat may reduce the lifespan of the fibers.

Fabric Softener Treatment

• To restore softness and reduce frizz, mix 1 part fabric softener with 3 parts water.• Lightly spray the hair or soak for 5–10 minutes after washing.• Rinse lightly if desired, then air dry.• Use occasionally to prevent product buildup.

Storage

• Store your unit on a mannequin head or wig stand when not in use.• Keep away from direct sunlight, excessive heat, and humidity.• Cover the hair with a satin bonnet or silk scarf for added protection.

Important Tips

Use lightweight serums sparingly. Detangle regularly to prevent matting. Trim ends when necessary to maintain a fresh look. Handle lace areas with extra care.

Avoid

Harsh chemicals, bleach, or permanent dyes. Excessive heat styling. Sleeping, swimming, or showering while wearing the unit.
